- All Two- wheelers Driver (Riders) and Pillion riders shall compulsorily wear helmets.
- The Helmets shall be in ISI standard.
- Penal provision under section 177 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 will apply for the violation of non-wearing of helmets by two wheeler drivers and pillion riders i.e for the first offence with fine which may extend up to one hundred rupees, and for any second or subsequent offences with fine which may extend up to three hundred rupees.
